Who we are
We work with universities, vocational training institutions, and policy actors to co-design innovative learning environments that respond to today’s social, technological, and sustainability challenges. Our approach combines international cooperation, creative thinking, and capacity building to support meaningful change in education systems.

Consufé understands creativity as the process of generating ideas to solve educational problems and create solutions that foster learning; the solutions that are reached, have value for the students, the teachers, the institution and the society. Creativity involves looking at familiar situations with fresh eyes, understanding and evaluating problems, having an open mind to listen to different perspectives, making connections between different pieces of information, learning from and with others, and using our imagination to explore new possibilities.
Mission
Consufé was founded to promote innovation, creativity, and meaningful change in educational organizations. We believe in the power of collaborative learning, technology and co-creation as tools for collective development.
Our work is grounded in methodologies that inspire new ways of thinking, creating, learning, and transforming education. We have a special commitment to South-South collaboration and make a conscious effort to reach underserved communities—ensuring that knowledge and learning become engines of sustainable transformation.
