Our Principles
— The Art of Asking Questions
It is very common to invest a lot of time giving the perfect answer to the wrong question. Our approach is to use the necessary time until you find the right question. Finding the right question demands the ability to listen, to think differently and critically, to reflect, and to have the courage to ask uncomfortable and difficult questions.
— Focus on People
We focus on understanding people, which are the heart of organizations and their reason for existing, so we use different tools to identify needs, aspirations, dreams, and concerns of internal and external users of the organization.
— Materials for Mediation of Communication
It is very common that we cannot express our thoughts in words, so materials—such as Legos, post-its, paper, etc.—help us to externalize abstract concepts (ideas, doubts, feelings, and thoughts) which, once externalized, can be discussed, understood, and analyzed with other people.
— Systemic Thinking
Organizational challenges are complex, so they need multiple perspectives, teamwork, and an understanding of the different components of the system, their relationships and interactions to find solutions.
